Terrence L. Bauer
President and Chief Executive Officer
Terrence L. Bauer has served as CEO and Director of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., since December 2004 and as President since November 2005. Prior to his role at Orion HealthCorp, Mr. Bauer served as President, CEO and Director of Integrated Physician Solutions, Inc., (IPS) now a wholly owned subsidiary of the company since 1996, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPS since 1999. Prior to co-founding IPS, Mr. Bauer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant Physician Services, a multi-specialty physician practice management and software services company. Previously, Mr. Bauer served as President and CEO of ATC Healthcare Services, Inc., a national healthcare staffing firm from 1991 through 1995. From 1987 through 1991, Mr. Bauer held various senior management positions at Critical Care America, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Mr. Bauer has been active in the healthcare industry since 1980.
Dale Brinkman, FACMPE
President of Orion-Western Skies
Dale Brinkman founded Western Skies Billing Service in 1986 and has served as President since its inception. Prior to founding Western Skies, Mr. Brinkman had a large consulting practice which grew to national prominence serving physician groups and hospital clients in the areas of physician hospital organizational development and physician group practice operational improvement and expansion. Mr. Brinkman achieved his Fellow status in the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 1995, and he is past President of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association.
Dennis M. Cain
Executive Vice President
Dennis M. Cain serves as Executive Vice President of Orion HealthCorp, Inc. Mr. Cain was founder and President of Dennis Cain Physician Solutions, Ltd. from 1983 through the time of its merger with Orion-MBS in December 2004. Mr. Cain has over 30 years of direct billing and account receivables management experience for hospital-based physicians, specifically in the practice areas of anesthesia, pathology and radiology, primarily in Houston and South Texas.
Elaine A. Decker
Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller
Elaine A. Decker has served as Vice President of Accounting of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., since November 2008 and as Corporate Controller since the company’s formation in December 2004. Ms. Decker joined Integrated Physician Solutions, Inc., in 2001 as Senior Financial Analyst and served as Controller from June 2004 until the merger with Orion. Previously, Ms. Decker was a Senior Financial Analyst with Wolf Camera from 2000 through 2001. Prior to that role, Ms. Decker held the position of Vice President of Accounting with McKesson Corporation (formerly HBOC) from 1992 through 1999. Ms. Decker began her career with Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in various accounting roles from 1986 through 1992.
Cindy Luu
President of Orion-RMI
Cindy Luu joined RMI Physician Services Corporation in 1994 and served as the Chief Information Officer prior to assuming the role of President. Ms. Luu created a highly efficient, technologically advanced company structure and instilled a company mantra that there is no process that cannot be improved through advanced technology. Ms. Luu served as the President of Texas RBMA for the 2006-2007 operating year. She also served as a board member (Learning Chair) of the Entrepreneurs Organization during 2006-2007. Ms. Luu was recognized by the National Association of Business Owners as a 2008 Finalist for Woman Business Owner of the Year, and in 2009, she received the Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Entrepreneur Organization's Houston Chapter.
Jack McBride, CPA
Chief Operating Officer
Jack McBride has served as Chief Operating Officer of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., since November 2008. Mr. McBride, a certified public accountant, has over thirteen years of successful operations, finance and accounting experience, including six years as Chief Financial Officer of RMI Physician Services Corporation. Prior to RMI, Mr. McBride worked in finance and mergers and acquisitions for two Fortune 100 companies. Mr. McBride brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to the company, particularly in the area of process analytics and profitability improvement.
Marvin Retsky, M.D.
President of Orion-Rand
Marvin Retsky founded Rand Medical Billing in 1985 and has served as President since its inception. Dr. Retsky received his medical training at the University of Illinois Medical School in Chicago and his post-graduate pathology training at the UCLA Affiliated Hospitals/Wadsworth VA Hospital in West Los Angeles, California. He was a practicing pathologist and managing partner of a pathology group located in California’s San Fernando Valley from 1975 until 2006. He retired from the active practice of pathology in April 2006 in order to devote his full-time efforts to managing and growing Rand Medical Billing.
Joseph A. Seale
President of Orion-MBS
Joseph A. Seale was named President of Orion-MBS in January 2010. He previously served as the Director of Operations at Orion-RMI and was responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day performance of the collection stages of the revenue cycle. Mr. Seale has 15 years of experience in financial analysis, project development, M&A management, forecasting and valuation. He entered the medical management arena in 2003 and has served physician practices in operational, administrative and consulting roles. Prior to joining the healthcare industry, he worked in the energy field where he supported a $300 million E&P project in the Gulf of Mexico and maintained a $50 million hedging program. Mr. Seale is a Certified Management Accountant, as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Kim M. Singleton
Vice President of Human Resources
Kim Singleton was named Vice President of Human Resources of Orion HealthCorp, Inc., in April 2005. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Singleton was Vice President of Human Resources with Pediatric Services of America. Previously, she was Director of Human Resources for St. Joseph’s Health System of Atlanta and for a spin-off company of St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Singleton served in various HR roles at the Children’s Health System of Alabama. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Ms. Singleton worked as an Independent Consultant for small and medium sized companies in Oklahoma. She attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
